Most people don’t get enough Omega-3, something you get a lot of in whale-meat.
(And in seal-oil, which is potentially the best source)

Whale doesn’t really compare to other sea-food, as it’s a mammal.
It’s more like beef.
It’s just trickier to cook right.

Oh yeah and all that spinning basically boils down to; you seem smart, I’m sorry to have offended you, and you could be a little more pleasant. But this Vicodin made me all mushy and weird. I responded quickly because I know what I am I talking about, having been involved in whaling discussions for well over 5 years. But you claim to have been home sick, on drugs and with no prior knowledge.

Okay, okay. This is just the info I could come up with as I was looking for pros and cons. “It isn’t expensive as food” seems like an odd statement for someone who seems to be so knowledgeable on the subject.

Why does the truth seem odd? Are you still on those drugs?

I did not look very deeply, I decided to go with vaccinations (due to the link you posted way back).

I’m sorry that you took this so hard. I was just poking fun. In fact, I think it is healthy to argue points that you do not support (or don’t care about). It gives you a magnanimous amount of perspective. Granted there are many other (and easier) ways to gain it.

Whaling is legal in well over 100 countries and it isn’t expensive as food. It is sold at similar prices to any other meat source.

I don’t think you can properly diagnose somebody with a mental disorder by what they post on a forum.

Oh I agree, just based on the venomous posts wouldn’t give the data needed. But the posts combined with the fact that some of the responses were within minutes of the post they were referring to, not enough time for someone ‘playing’ at being a fanatic anti-whaler to accomplish.
