Not only are those clips of fuel dumps, as is stated by others, but the creator of that video blatantly stole the videos of others who had posted them as being fuel dumps.

Look up “fuel dumps” with the audio intact because that’s all this video is showing. Dumping fuel for emergency landings (the captain says so over the loud speaker).

At 3:16 the aircraft is shown to be an Evergreen 747-100 Supertanker, N470EV, made for fighting fires.

Believe it or not I have been on this birds sister ship N479EV, (when it was on the ground) a few years ago at McClellan Field outside of Sacramento, California.

I suspect the video was taken during the FAA certification flights. The FAA had several concerns about this design because of the weights and flight envelopes it was expected to fly, and demanded a real wringing out before it would issue a cert.

The established scientific meme that Tesla in his later life was too eccentric to accomplish anything worthwhile is a great falsehood. The scientific community is uncomfortable with Tesla’s genius later work and claims mainly because they can not piece it together (and those pesky physics laws). History will show that Tesla’s later life works were absolutely genius and far more profound than the litany of his currently accepted early works. Keep in mind that the U.S. Government was keenly interested in Tesla’s ‘bizarre’ later life work (it is in fact seen in arrays such as HAARP.) This is not fantasy it is actually available for your discernment.

It’s like thumbing through an old 1950’s Mothers Medical Dictionary, most of the
information contained is now known to be far from correct or a woefully incomplete
picture.

When one looks into Brown’s Gas or HAARP’s true capabilities one is immediately
slapped in the face by an entrenched group of nearly hysterical ‘established’ scientists who say it isn’t so and that it can’t be.

Now David and Drbuzzo prefer the fairy tale angle with regards to brown’s gas
effects (although if they pay attention to the NASA paper, and to the creation of gemstones……) but the transmutation is also occurring in the area of Cold Fusion research as well. Here we can find
established scientists publishing results that are startling and include transmutation
as well. This is way ‘too hot’ of a topic, very politicized issue with huge implications. The trail of ruin and deceit on the subject extends back to Pons and Fleischman. It could be that this aspect of it,
transmutation, is the reason LENR is being suppressed here. And in this, LENR has
something in common with Brown’s Gas: Which also has transmuting and
“de-radiating” abilities (treating radioactive materials with a hydroxy flame has been
shown to remove over 90% of the radiation); just as radioactive materials in close
proximity to operating LENR electrodes can lose their radioactivity. So there is a
strong but poorly-understood link between the strange effects of Brown’s Gas flames
and LENR work. The same transmutation is popping up in cold fusion experiments,
to the dismay of at least one scientist who apparently had not intended to rock the
establishment-science boat, Kevin Wolf. Other scientists are willing to step forward
and tell the world that metals are changing into other substances inside their
experimental apparatus. Distinguished professor John O’Malley Bockris of Texas A&M
University organized a meeting and invited those scientists, but the university’s
chemistry department voted to kick his meeting off campus. Funny fact is, Texas
A&M is big in the hot-fusion business. In other words, some other high-salaried
professors don’t want the cold-fusion work to attract the research money. So their
hostile actions are not as simple as embarrassment about alchemical-sounding words
like transmutation. (Dr. Bockris wisely uses safer terminology, Low-energy Nuclear
Reactions.)
