I was willing to dismiss her as deluded up to the point where the ‘SATAN LIVES’ slice was displayed. At that point I came to the conclusion her problem was a desperate need for attention so great that it has blinded her to the degree that she cannot see that she is coming off as a transparent fraud.

Come on! Even considering Poe’s Law, the comical prop (burnt toast) and presence of the punch line are enough to realize that both interviewer and interviewee are in on a joke.
Hilarious stuff btw. Reminds me of Mitchell&Webb’s “Watermelon Miracle”.
