11 Years Since a Candle Went out

It’s a complete coincidence that Carl Sagan was the subject of a couple of my recent posts. I had forgotten that the anniversary of his death was approaching until I was reminded by a post at Bad Astronomy. He was one of my early inspirations for becoming interested in science and skepticism. We were lucky to have him and I know he inspired many others. I don’t have the time today to make a proper post about all that Dr. Sagan gave us nor my experience with Dr. Sagan and his writing. But I wanted to make a note of the 11 years since his passing.
